Traditional Sicilian Cooking Class in Taormina

Your chef will pick you up at your hotel/port in Taormina or Giardini, and drive you to the beautiful family villa.

Together with Sicilian chef you will prepare 4-course dinner. First, you will cook traditional Sicilian starters.

For the 1st course you will prepare traditional pasta dish - "A-la norma" (pasta with eggplants and tomatoes), or pasta palermitana (traditional Sicilian pasta dish with anchovy and pistacchio), or pasta with mussels and clams.

For the 2nd course you will cook traditional Sicilian fish or meat dish.

For dessert you will cook traditional Sicilian dolce. Finally, you will have dinner with a company of Sicilian wines and home-made liquors - limoncello, amaro, almond wine. All the evening you will be enjoying a friendly company of locals, who will be happy to tell some stories about every day life and history of Sicily.
