Exceeded my expectations!
Exceeded my expectations! I fell In love with Irish scones and brown bread last year in Ireland. We are back visiting Ireland again and this class was my number one activity on my bucket list. My homemade scones have been like hockey pucks. We learned the art of fluffy scones ! And the brown bread was dense, flavorful, - delicious!! Enjoyed our time with the other guests. And Kate is an inspiration and delight. Like having a wonderful afternoon having tea and baking with a good friend.
A delightful experience
Such a wonderful experience. Kate was a delightful host. We had the best time and met some lovely couples. We will definitely be making scones and brown bread back home 🏠n Tennessee! Highly recommended!!!

Literally a woman’s house outside Galway. Takes 40+ minutes in traffic coming from the city. Living on scones and brown bread for days after.

Wonderful class, wonderful host
This was wonderful. Kate was very hands-on, showing how to properly work the dough. I would recommend this experience to everyone. And we got to bring our scones and bread gone with us!
