Tour to the Virgin of Chapi in Arequipa and the Uzuña Lagoon

The Tour to the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Chapi, shows us the faith and religiosity that the Arequipeños have.

It is located in a desolate place of the Andes, at 2,420 meters of altitude and 60 km. south of Arequipa, in the district of Polobaya

• The Virgin of Chapi is considered the Patron of Arequipa, guiding the steps every day and every hour of the population of the 'White City', every year, thousands of faithful fill their sanctuary between April 29 and May 2, in the district of Polobaya.

We will also get to know a little of the surroundings of these old districts of the city, in addition to a leisurely time taking a small boat ride voluntarily.To do this we will navigate in the Uzuña lagoon a natural lake in the middle of these villages that makes us Feel in touch with nature and marvel at the landscape.
