About operator:
It took us awhile to make contact with these folks but they are located in the Hotel Casa Deco in La Candelaria. Marcela met us there at 11 am on our appointed day and took us down to the Centro de Esmeraldas (building) a few blocks from the Casa Deco. She is very enthusiastic
