Tour and Tasting of GardaLake Wines in Lazise

The visit will begin in the Roccolo park, where there is a small circular building dating back to the 19th century, once used by hunters to capture migratory birds. Here the characteristics of the estate, its history and the link with the other companies of the host family will be illustrated.

The visit will continue in the vineyard with the explanation of organic cultivation techniques and grape varieties. Before the tasting, the winery tour will illustrate the different stages of winemaking and the machinery used today compared to the tools of the past.

This tasting presents the characteristic wines of Lake Garda, starting with the freshest bubbles of the sparkling Rosè Bio Vegan, passing through Chiaretto Bardolino Bio and Lugana; We will then taste the fresh and tasty Organic Pinot Grigio delle Venezie, to arrive at the more structured red wine of the area, the Corvina 100%.
