Description

We'll mix culinary history with interesting facts about Toulouse, learning about some of the sights we pass along the way to the chocolate and pastry shops that we'll visit. You'll learn about typical desserts from Toulouse, what makes single-origin chocolate different, the basic building blocks of French patisserie, and the history of some of the local businesses that we visit. At each stop we'll taste things like a special cake you can ONLY find in Toulouse, pastry classics such as the mille-feuille or Paris Brest, a special recipe for French fudge, roasted cacao beans, single-origin chocolates, macarons, and more (selection varies based on seasonality)!
