TOP TRUFFLES: Hunting & Cooking & Tasting in Istria, Slovenia

The truffle hunter and the dog will open us the door to the secret world of truffles. Together we will set out into the hidden corners of the woods, and with a bit of luck, we will find that famous tuber. However, since the essence of the truffles is their intriguing scent and extraordinary gastronomic experience, we will also get to know this side. After the hunting, we will cook together typical Istrian pasta "fuži" with truffles by an old recipe. What we will cook, we will eat and enjoy with a glass of excellent Istrian wine in the beautiful surroundings of Istria.
