Cancellation Notes: Tickets must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to your reserved time slot for a refund. Refunds cannot be given if you are within 7 days of your reserved time slot. We will, however, exchange your ticket for a later date and time.

By accepting admission with this ticket, you release Top of the Rock and RCPI Landmark Properties, L.L.C. from loss, injury, or damage to you and your property in the building, even if due to our negligence. Elevator ride features flashing lights and views up into elevator shaft as elevator ascends. We may expel or refuse to admit, without refund, any person whose conduct is objectionable. Tickets valid only for date and time issued. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets are not replaceable and refunds are not available due to weather. You grant us permission to use your image for broadcast from or promotion of Top of the Rock. Photographs may be taken for personal use only and are not to be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances. Items that present a danger to the safety of visitors and employees will not be permitted in the building or on the observation decks.
