Very interesting trip to Toledo with Julia Travel. Guide was very professional, provided a lot of information. Transportation was comfortable with air conditioning

Toledo September 2026
Loved the pickup location and the views at Toledo were amazing especially from the hill adjacent to the town. And main cathedral was an amazing church and exquisite architecture. I didn’t do the winery or tapas lunch. My biggest issue was the way Julia Tours allocated the tour guide. I signed up for the English guided tour. But what I got was where the guide spoke both Spanish and English. But being more comfortable in Spanish the tour guide Susanna was more heavily presenting in Spanish. There should be 100% English guide for the full day Toledo group and 100% Spanish guide for the full day Toledo group. Making one guide do both prevents me from recommending it to anyone.
Toledo and wine tour
Both Susannah and Altina were great. Super impressed with Altina who would became our guide once in Toledo. She could switch seamlessly from Spanish to English. Toledo is a hour from Madrid and lots of streets and history. Take a tour!! Take this tour. We loved the city walk then finished with a great wine and tasting tour. Recommend.

I loved it, the guide Susana was attentive at all times to everyone in the group, her explanations of the city and history were very clear and she answered the questions they asked her, she also gave recommendations for typical food and products. The excursion departed on time from Madrid and from Toledo. The 2 drivers for each leg of the trip were very good. I 100% recommend the tour since if you are staying in Puerta del Sol and its surroundings, you can walk to their offices comfortably.
