Mediocre Performance Compared To The Original Broadway Show
I saw The Play That Goes Wrong years ago during its original Broadway run. It was an amazing and hilarious show so I was excited to see it again. Unfortunately, this 2026 Off Broadway cast and show did not rise to the level of the prior performance. The comedic timing of this cast didn’t feel as fluid with some of the bits feeling forced. Worst of all though were the number of young and pre-teens in the audience who were loud and obnoxious. The show is still a great piece of physical and set comedy with true laugh out loud moments. Maybe a Broadway revival would merit a better cast.

The show was very entertaining and interactive with the crowd. It had started and we didn't even know we were a part of it. I would recommend seeing it for a good laugh.

Fantastic, so funny totally absorbed, time stopped . We both didn’t want it to finish , the finally was hysterical, would definitely recommend, acting and accents were mind blowing, nearly all were American only one British actor , mind blowing.
