The Kidichi Kitchen Experience

Collection from the Serena Hotel by shuttle bus

First stop at Ngalawa beach to get the catch of the day

Then you will be taken to the Kidichi Kitchen to meet the chef and assistants who will guide you

Next stop is the farm where you will harvest the ingredients to be used for your lunch

Then it is back to the Kidichi Kitchen where you will prepare the ingredients under the the instruction of the chef

Once the food is prepared you will have a talk about the agriculture and the village

You will then sit down to savour the food and drink you have just made

You will be dropped off at the Serena Hotel at the end of your experience

With the help of your local guides, you will discover the unique flavours of local cooking, whilst learning about the traditional way of life. You will get to go to a fishing beach, harvest ingredients from a farm and have a cooking masterclass.
