After introductions, your chef-instructor takes you on a visit to the Central Market. Hear about the cuisine of Florence as you shop for your cooking class and meal. After shopping, head to the Cooking School.
Tie on your apron and get to work under the guidance of your Chefs, as you learn how to make a delicious Italian lunch. Prepare bruschetta, kneading the dough by hand you will make fresh pastas such as ravioli from scratch, plus fresh sauces and a dessert. Your chefs will offer tips along the way
Finally, sit down for a lunch feast that features the dishes you made. Local wine, water, or a soft drink is included with your lunch.
At the end of your class, your Chefs provides graduation diploma and a recipe booklet, so you can cook these dishes again for friends and family!
