Why take this tour?

Get an introduction to Provincetown from one of American history's most infamous. Anne Hutchinson knows her history well enough to have been banished from Massachusetts 400 years ago and will walk you through the center of town enlivening central sites poignant to Ptown's story. Don't expect a long trek (1 mi), but do expect the "licentiousness and sinful liberty" that got Anne banished. The tour is therefore for ADULTS ONLY and suggested 21+. For anyone who can reasonably be considered underage, IDs are required. Anne's roughly hour-long oration can create such laughter it often requires great fortitude to endure, so please consider appearing early to the tour for a drink at the Crown & Anchor patio bar. Remember, Anne's detractors not only felt she had "rather been a husband than a wife” but also that she hoped to be "extolled and admired and followed after." You can now do just that for a sampling of the experience by finding her 1600s epithet on social: @americanjesabel.
