Thames River Sightseeing Cruise with Afternoon Tea

Summary Description

Make your way to Tower Pier to board your cruise. Settle into the cozy, indoor salon and get ready for the quintessential London experience.

Heading west, first pass the infamous Tower of London, known for its dark history. Then, for a contrast, view the sparkling contemporary architecture of the glass Shard building. Continue to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and the enormous Ferris wheel—the London Eye. Enjoy people-watching along the South Bank, a favorite hangout for locals, tourists, skaters, and entertainers. Your cruise loops around at Westminster where you get excellent views of the Gothic-style Houses of Parliament and iconic Big Ben before heading back.

Along the way, indulge in British teatime favorites, including scones spread with jam and cream, dainty finger sandwiches, cakes, tea, and coffee. You can even toast the evening with a glass of Champagne from the bar (own expense).

The tour concludes back at Tower Pier.
