You will be greeted with a refreshing Thai herbal drink. Then, you will go to a local Thai market where the instructor will accompany you to discover varieties of herbs, vegetables, fruits and other fresh Thai products. Once you have made the purchases, you will return to school to prepare your meals. (Apron, recipes and notes will be provided). The instructor will explain the procedures for each dish. Then, it will be your turn, it will be the time to learn and practice! You will have your own space with a stove and cooking equipment and help from the instructor.
Finally, come the long-awaited hour, to test your dishes.
You will need to select a total of 3 dishes from these categories:
Category 1: Soups: hot and spicy soup / coconut milk soup and chicken / rice noodles with sauce.
Category 2: Curry: green curry / red curry / massaman curry
Category 3: Pan-fried dishes: thai pad / fried noodles with sweet sauce / sweet and sour pork / chicken with holy basil / fried chicken with cashew nuts
Category 4: Green papaya salad / sweet pepper eggs.
