The site is impressive.
The archaeological site is impressive, a beauty that you cannot miss when visiting CDMX. The tour was interesting, but it lacked a better connection with the tourist.
Teotihuacan at 100%
The experience was excellent. The guides are knowledgeable and very pleasant: Luis and Francisco did an excellent job. The only suggested change would be regarding the first stop where coffee, water, and some Maria cookies are offered. Considering that the tour is long and the departure time is very early, it is suggested to include a slightly more significant snack or refreshment, or include a stop where they sell food.
Teotihuacan pyramids in one day!
Excellent experience! The guides Luis and Francisco were super attentive and very knowledgeable about both the Teotihuacan pyramids experience and Mexico in general. The trip was smooth and the driver was super professional without any type of setback or scare. They do not try to force you to buy anything but they show you options if you are interested. Highly recommended!

good value but be sure to bring your own lunch food!
the tour was a good value and I'm glad we chose this one primarily because it focused on the site and did not include any extra stops e.g. stops at tequila stores etc. our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining to boot. the pick up spot was within walking distance of our lodging. I do recall that it was advertised as a small group and that was not accurate. it was a full-size (comfortable) bus and upon arriving at the site we split into a 28 person english speaking group and a smaller (10 or so) spanish speaking group. I don't consider that a small group. however, I could sill hear the guide and it worked ok. I think the company should advise customers that there is no stopping for real food. You stop on the way there and are provided a tiny granola bar. leaving our lodging at 715 and not returning until 3pm makes for a very long time without food. we were so hungry that it made it difficult to concentrate on learning at the site. if we had been advised in advance we would have brought lunch food with us. Otherwise it was a well organized tour.
