Summary

During the excursion we will travel up through Oratava up to to El Portillo stopping at view points to admire the beautiful panoramic views over the north of the island. We visit the popular tourist site of Roque de Garcia for a picnic lunch and then drive over to the west of the island to watch the sunset over the three islands of La Gomera El Hierro and La Palma with a glass of cava. You will get the chance to have your photos taken by us and can later download them from our face book page . Then we will take you in to the Teide dark sky park to show you the wonders of the sky a billion stars planets nebulas galaxies asterisms and star clusters you will look at planets and deep space objects through our large professional telescope you will get the chance to take photos of the moon through the telescope hen the moon is in the sky and when the planets are in the sky you can marvel at the rings of Saturn and the Galilean moons and stripes of Jupiter. We also take a long exposure photo of you using astrophotography techniques that you can download from our Facebook page.

Why take this tour?

To be transported high above the clouds up through the pine trees of the Corona Forest to the ancient landscape of the Teide volcano then after various stops to make photo memories we have a picnic in the national park before we head to the west side of the volcano. Watch the sun set over three other islands in the Canary archipelago with a glass of Cava to celebrate.
