Tasting typical hidden Hue food by Cyclo

Highlights:

* Hue cuisine is very typical and different with rest of food in Vietnam

* Walking to the hidden places to taste the greatest local dishes

* Riding on Cyclo around the city and capturing the flow of life

* Having food in traditional family.

From meeting point, following me to a hidden place to have first dishes. One of them, it is very special and could not be found any where else.

Then we ride on Cyclo to go from south bank of Perfume river to other side. It will be a good time to capture the flow of life on street before having special dish with a lady who made her food well-known to people in the area.

Cyclo is going on taking us to another family who lives inside the wall of Citadel. They are the 3rd generation people who keep making their family food alive.

Before the tour finished, we will taste the salt coffee in a hidden alley after 15 mins walking from the previous spot.
