The tasting of Organic Mezcales is an activity developed in @etnofood and @EspacioMezcal (Instagram) that begins with an encounter with the best of the Mezcal culture in a comfortable space focused on the mezcal culture.
In the experience we will taste 3 different mezcals (or other artisanal distillates) while we talk and learn a little about their production method and agaves.
Each mezcal is made by different producers, mezcalera cooperatives or small producing families in Oaxaca. In this experience the most important thing is the desire to know the diversity of flavors, aromas and textures.
In this experience we seek to teach you the unique gastronomic heritage of Oaxaca and the richness in the great diversity of plants to make mezcal, we will tell you about the history of culture and all the flavors that you will find in a mezcal, in addition to that we will share you with our Private mezcal collection.
In a few words there will be a tasting of Organic Mezcales, a talk with stories to mezcal, recommendation of mezcalerias and some welcome surprises to our city.
