Next, your guide leads you through the market, describing its history and present-day significance between stops at food vendors. Samples include fresh biscuits made with local ingredients, Italian gelato, locally-sourced Greek Yogurt, authentic Mexican street tacos, smoked salmon, clam chowder, handmade truffles, Bavarian cured meats, and chef Tom Douglas’s salmon burger.
At the end of your experience, the tour concludes at the Rub Shack near Virginia Street and Western Avenue.
