Summary

Begin your day with hotel pickup from your lodging in the Playa Hermosa area between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. (exact time given upon reconfirmation). Arrive at Blue River Resort and Hot Springs around 10 a.m., and enjoy a welcome cocktail at the spa while you change into appropriate clothing for an outdoor adventure. At 10:30 a.m., take a short drive to the Blue River Canopy Park to begin your eco-adventure. Fly down a series of nine ziplines strung across the rain forest canopy, and then cross the river on an adrenaline-pumping Tarzan swing that lets you safely experience the feeling of free falling. Return to Blue River Resort and Hot Springs for lunch at 12:30, and then spend the remainder of the afternoon enjoying your choice of activities during free time. Swim in natural mineral pools, tour the 700 species of plants at a botanical garden, spot Blue Morphos and more at a butterfly garden, jump into hot springs, or opt for a spa treatment (own expense). Return to your hotel around 4 p.m.
