- If the train is unavailable an AC car will be provided along with the driver and the remaining amount will be refunded after discussing with the customers
- No "skip-the-line" system exists at the monuments. If any website claims otherwise, that information is incorrect

We booked the super fast train to Agra to see the Taj. Nadeem was right by the train door as we exited. Nadeem was a great tour guide with a wealth of knowledge. I would recommend him for any Taj trip.
Warm Japanese guide
Having a guide was a big help. Although the guides and drivers changed several times, they took our photos and handed them over, so we never had trouble with meeting up.

Adventure of a lifetime! Delhi and Agra are both pretty chaotic cities but we felt taken care of and informed throughout the entire process. Easy pickup from the hotel and our driver, Mahinder, expertly navigated New Delhi and the train station to deliver us exactly to our seats; we never could have found the right place on our own. He took our picture for our driver, Somesh, that picked us up in Agra on the other end, who was waiting for us as we stepped off the train, making for a seamless transfer in another very busy train station. We then drove a short way to meet up with the most wonderful tour guide, Amaan, for a visit to the Tah Mahal, Fort Agra, and the "Baby Taj". I cannot overstate how amazing Amaan was! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He took great photos, told beautiful stories, and explained all the protocols clearly. He also gave us great meal recommendations for lunch. Thanks again, Amaan! We booked late as we were visiting on a last minute business trip so the evening train back to New Delhi was already sold out. However, we had no worries at all because a private car was arranged for us for no extra cost or hassle. And it was the same driver we had all day in Agra and he was extremely adept at navigating the traffic so we were happy to have his service. I highly recommend booking this tour, especially if you have no previous experience getting around India. Everyone made the experience so easy and enjoyable!
