*At the studio at Kazakoshi Park (15mins from Karuizawa station by car) for 5 or more people. 4,000 yen will be charged as a studio rental fee.

1. Feel the nature! Outside yoga class (90mins)class

• Breathe work & Hatha yoga outside surrounded by beautiful Karuizawa nature.

Available through April-October

2. Feel the nature! Outside Radio tai-so class (90mins)class

• Breathe work, some interesting work that will expand your sensibilities with

Karuizawa nature, and Radio tai-so exercise. Very refreshing, wonderful way to

start a day.

3. Take good care of myself.. Cozy yoga class (90mins)

• Designed for travelers body & mind

• focus on more healing, relaxing, refreshing

• Refresh your sense with the meditation leading by singing bowl healing sound.

Experience wonderful self care time. Feel expanding sensibilities. Also your rest

of trip must be influenced nicely !
