Many species of sea turtles are threatened with extinction but Kerama islands are blessed with their colonies. In particular, the Green sea turtles. They are herbivorous (that’s vegetarian) and their food of choice, the seagrass breeds in the shallow areas of the cove. Since these guys feed in the shallow waters, you're sure to meet them when snorkeling.

Regular sea kayak tours are a 3-hours tour that includes snorkeling.
On a 3-hours tour, unfortunately, day-trippers on a ferry from Okinawa main islands cannot participate. Also if you find the seas to be too cold except in the summer seasons than snorkeling here is not for you.
