The board is your mat and the water, together with all other elements, is your studio. The morning SUP yoga class starts at 8:30 AM and the sunset class at 6 PM and lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before you begin the class, you'll have a 10-minutes introduction into stand-up paddleboarding where you will learn all the basics and tricks from your knowledgeable and experienced SUP Yoga teacher. After the introduction, you will paddle to the SUP yoga docking station, tie-down your paddle-board and the yoga class can start. No previous experience is needed to join this activity.

With 9 years of experience in guiding tours, you'll feel safe with us, even if you step out of your comfort zone. We prefer small groups in which you can fully enjoy your time on the water. If you prefer to enjoy the experience on your own or surrounded by your family and friends, we have also the option of private tours. Our SUP tours are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced paddlers. SUP paddling basics teaching is included in every rent or tour. We provide a huge range of SUP boards from beginner to professional, taking into account your height and weight.
