SUP Tour w/ Local Food & Wine Tasting

After we meet, we will take a nice drive through wine country on our way to do some Paddle Boarding. After a trip outline, SUP history, and a lesson we will put our SUP’s in the water and the adventure begins.

Along our trip, we will encounter sea caves used by the Romans to store wine and many fish that you will be able to see through the crystal waters.

Making our way to Anixa Island where we will change your Instagram profile picture with some amazing pictures with the GoPro.

Then it is time to paddle to the white-hot sands of what has been Voted #1 Beach in Europe.

Enjoying this paradise for a while we will have a small snack, water, and some snorkeling.

After our paddle, we then head to the famous fishing village of Sesimbra where we will enjoy a local food and wine pairing lunch that will take your palate on a tour it won't soon forget.

After much laughter and full stomachs, we will finish the day with a stop at Sesimbra Castle. Built in the 10th century by the Moors, this fortress that sits high above the village gives you amazing views and history.

Then it is time to call it a day and we will take you to your bus or train.

Coming from Hawaii & Living in Portugal for the last few years I have found a new home for this passion, in the hidden gem that is Arrábida Nature Park.

It is my goal to share everything there is to know about SUP and the local food and wine culture. Leaving you with the confidence to go anywhere in the world and rent a board on your next holiday.

The bonus is, after our day of paddling on the Turquoise water of Arrábida, you will get to tour, taste and learn about the region of Setúbal.
