Make your way to a dock off Laskin Road, where this tour begins. Start with a short briefing on safety and paddleboard technique, then launch your board into Linkhorn Bay, whose sheltered waters are perfect for even beginning paddleboarders.
Enjoy the cooler, early evening hours, and try to spot some of the marine mammals and seabirds that thrive along the coast. Along with the birds that nest and feed around the Chesapeake Bay, paddlers in Linkhorn Bay have seen cow nose rays, dolphins, and bald eagles. At the midpoint of the trip, you’ll reach a sunset view across to First Landing State Park, then turn back towards the dock, where your 1.5-hour paddleboard tour concludes.
This stand-up paddleboard tour is limited to groups of 10 people for a personalized experience and more help from your guides. Brush up your stand-up paddleboard techniques, or try your very first strokes in a calm, scenic environment.
