    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    Mileage: 20 miles round-trip (about 30 kms).
    Terrain: Mostly bike paths and paved back roads with little traffic
    Difficulty: Intermediate
    Please note this tour is not permitted for children under 18.
    The itinerary is not strenuous but hilly and requires good physical condition.
    Not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.

    RAIN POLICY:
    The tour runs rain or shine, and will never be cancelled due to rain (however, take note of the following):
    We will do our best to operate the tour, avoiding the rain and if necessary carrying out the tour by van until weather conditions permit a safe ride. If it does not stop raining, the entire tour will be conducted in the safety and comfort of the van.

    Guest options on rainy days:
    1) Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if bikes are not ridden due to rain, or if the bike tour is abbreviated due to rain. We will do our best to get you on a bike, weather permitting.
    2) Rain check (for the value of the tour) to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability. The voucher is transferable and valid for 1 year for this tour or a selection of other Florence Tours
    Please note that clients' safety and comfort are of utmost priority, and proper rain gear is mandatory for guests choosing to "ride in the rain". We ask clients to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure, to check the weather conditions and choose accordingly. No-shows will not be refunded.
