Awesome! Guide was very informative and got us close to several pods of dolphins. Great price and wonderful experience!
Family vacation.
We loved that we could bring our own refreshments.. we could stand up and the captain was very knowledgeable of the area. We saw a lot of dolphins.
Rude and unprofessional staff
So we booked this sunset trip and received a text message telling us to be there 30 minutes ahead of time and so we did. There was no instruction that you have to check in on arrival. So I told the woman at the desk that this crucial information should be included. She replied you could have called. That not how you make an effient message. We just came back from a month in Florida and had booked many boat trips there. They include all you need to know and also the digital ticket. Maybe this company should move into the 21 century concerning this as well? On top of that when I asked to the clerk at the desk there was a rude guy in a bewildered beard start talking in a derogatory tone. I never cursed or said anything inappropriate. Very improffesional. So we decides to leave in stead of taking the trip. My advise to everyone is to take the original Dolpin tour instead. We did that several years ago and that was nice.

The captain and Sebastian were amazing! They stayed out there til we were able to see the dolphins and made the whole experience amazing! Our 2 year old granddaughter was so excited to see dolphins so close to the boat! Thank y’all for an amazing trip!!
