Fried food » Arepa de Huevo» This is an icon of our region, its preparation is based on yellow corn, we will try some «Tamarind Balls». (Sweets made with tamarind pulp and sugar), «Patacón» (green banana fried with cheese), and «Shrimp cocktail» with ceviche, this tour includes other tastings, some local drinks, exotic fruits and many details and curiosities about recipes that only a local can count.
