- Windsor Castle is a working royal palace and planned closures/disruptions may be subject to change, from those seen on the product page.
- Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday, we offer a walking tour instead on those days.
- When the State Apartments are closed the Precincts, Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Drawings Gallery remain open.

- Due to driver's legal working hours restrictions, this tour will finish within a 2 or 3 minute walk of Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road, and is only 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.
- During the winter months an additional five rooms, known collectively as the Semi-State Rooms, are included in the visitor route.
- St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.

Great trip. Jason was a fantastic guide. As many others have said, the time at both Windsor and Bath is short. The time at Stonehenge was perfect.

I have booked tours through Viator several times in different countries and have always been very pleased with my experiences. Unfortunately, our recent tour of Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath was very disappointing. I booked this tour because the description stated that it was conducted in English. No other language was listed. Once the tour began, we discovered that the guide was conducting it in both Chinese and English, with the information given first in Chinese and then repeated in English. Had the listing stated that the tour was bilingual, I would not have booked it. In addition, the guide’s English was spoken with such a heavy accent that we had great difficulty understanding much of what she said. Listening to lengthy information and instructions twice, while still struggling to understand the English portion, became frustrating and exhausting. After the first stop, we decided to leave the tour and return to London on our own. This was obviously not how we had planned to spend the day or what we had paid for. To be clear, this is not a complaint about the use of Chinese or about other guests speaking another language. Our concern is that the tour was advertised as an English-language tour without disclosing that it would also be conducted in Chinese. That information would have been important to us when deciding whether to book. Because the tour did not match the description and we were unable to continue, I would appreciate Viator reviewing the situation and considering a refund or appropriate compensation. I have always had positive experiences with Viator, which is why I hope you will take this concern seriously and ensure that tour language information is accurately disclosed to customers.
Windsor Stonehenge & bath tour
It was great to see everything but I would have liked to bee less rushed at Windsor & Bath. A whole tour of each would be lovely. Bruce was great! I wish there had been more info about lunch. I could not eat mine because I’m allergic to bell peppers. I gave it to my seat mate!
