We had a quick trip to...

We had a quick trip to Cardiff, so a night in Bath Spa and this all day tour was all we had time to squeeze in. I feel we saw so much in our one day tour and experienced the flavor of this part of GB. Lunch time was a bit of a disappointment in that the time was short, but otherwise it was lovely.

Great tour out of Bath to see Cotswolds and Stonehenge. Tour guide was funny and entertaining. Highly recommended.

Rabbie’s the Best

This is my second Rabbie tour and they are the best. I took one through the Highlands from Edinburgh, now Stonehenge and the Cotswolds. The guides are excellent, and well educated about the areas they cover. If you’re looking for a side tour, look for Rabbie.

Iggy, our guide, was...

Iggy, our guide, was wonderful and kept it lively, telling us interesting facts all along the way. Got us to Stonehenge before tour buses arrived so no crowds. Laycock and cotswolds were also fabulous to see. Just the right amount of time at each stop. Highly recommend.

Extremely unhappy customers

My wife and I were jetlagged and woke up one minute after the start time. We knew we would miss the first stop and called Rabbies staff. The s representative that spoke to both my wife and I on two separate attempts made absolutely no effort to try and have us reconnect with the tour at one of the other stops. We suggested that we could simply obtain a cab or uber to Stonehenge and meet the tour there. They said repeatedly as per script “we do not recommend that” with absolutely no suggestion on how we could salvage our 9 hour tour. We were in the wrong because we were late. However, Rabbies representative simply shut us down and refused to make any effort to try and reconnect us with the tour on the basis that it was “fluid”. We understand why they would not give us the tour guides number but they could have made the call for us. There was not even an offer to refund the amount for the prwpaid Stonehenge ticket which l have no doubt they either did not purchase or could obtain a refund for. Despite all of the positive reviews, there is no way we could recommend Rabbies based in the failed communications and kck if effort from their representative. Extremely unhappy customers .
