Statue of Liberty Express Tour

Marla was a very good guide, answering all questions asked, very cheerful and with tons of good restaurantes suggestions

We had Charlie as our guide for our Statue of Liberty tour and he was absolutely fabulous! Charlie was so knowledgeable about New York and its history, but what made him stand out was the way he told the stories. He was funny, engaging and really brought everything to life. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and loves sharing his knowledge of the city. He was also brilliant with my daughter. She is embarking on her own musical theatre journey, and when Charlie found out, he took the time to chat to her about acting, share some of his own experiences and give her some really lovely tips and encouragement. She was absolutely fascinated and it was such a lovely unexpected part of the tour. We have done quite a few things during our New York trip, but Charlie genuinely made this one of the highlights. He was so friendly and approachable and somehow managed to make the history interesting for all of us — which isn’t always easy when you’re travelling with a teenager! 😂 If you get Charlie as your guide, you are very lucky. He really went above and beyond and made our Statue of Liberty experience something we’ll remember. Thank you Charlie — and especially for taking the time to encourage my daughter as she starts her own journey into musical theatre. 🗽❤️🎭

Had a great time on the express tour. Our guide Charles was so fun and animated. He really knew his stuff on American history and totally brought the origins of the statue of Liberty to life so when we finally saw it up close it was epic! I loved seeing the original torch in the museum, beautiful! We also had a nice group with people from all over the world which was a great plus! I thought the 2 hours was more than enough time to see everything and we stayed a bit longer after the tour to check out the gift shops and cafeteria. It was nice that the ferry ran every 20 minutes so we could go back at our own pace. I also loved seeing all the cute birds everywhere! Got an epic shot with the gulls too :D

She is embarking on a future in musical theatre, and when Charlie discovered her passion, he generously shared stories, advice and insights from his own experience in the acting world. She was absolutely fascinated, and it was a lovely personal touch that she will remember from our trip. Charlie has such a wonderful personality and was incredibly approachable, funny and passionate about what he does. You could tell that he genuinely loves New York, its history and sharing it with visitors. If you get Charlie as your guide, you are very lucky! He made our Statue of Liberty experience memorable and was one of the highlights of our time in New York. Thank you, Charlie, for making the day so special — and for giving my daughter some fantastic encouragement as she starts her own journey into musical theatre. ❤️🗽🎭
