There is nothing more enjoyable than hiring your own SUP and quietly paddle boarding along at your own pace on one of the Gold Coasts most most picture-perfect waterways in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

If you have already tried paddle boarding before you can just hire a paddle board and go at your own pace on your own adventure, or if it’s your first time you have never tried it before then a good option is to do a 15minute introductory lesson as well as the board hire.

Budds Beach is a hidden gem on the river in the heart of Surfers Paradise and its ideal for paddle boarding as it is protected from prevailing winds. If you can time your paddle for the afternoon, then you will also get to see the spectacular sunsets we get here.
