Stand Up Paddle along the secret beaches of Arrábida

Together, we'll explore the tales and stories of this region as we cruise on our paddleboards until we find the perfect spot to jump in the water and explore the caves and passages on the rocks. Lunch will be waiting for us at the beach while you can enjoy some time to use our diving masks and see the underwater life.

After a relaxing time in and out of the ocean, we will return to the village of Sesimbra. This is the safest way to enjoy a SUP experience in the ocean and enjoy this amazing coastline.

We will explore the secret beaches of the Arrábida Nature Park not accessible to everyone. This is an exclusive experience in the region of Lisbon and the safest one taking you there with the original SUP athletes and pioneers in this sport in Portugal.
