Description

During this 4-hour tour, you will plunge into the history of St. Petersburg as the "cradle of the Russian revolution." In the company of the guide, you will take an informative walk through the iconic places associated with the February and October events of 1917. The program will begin at the Museum of Political History of Russia, where Vladimir Lenin worked from April to July 1917, and then you will visit the cruiser Aurora, which gave a legendary volley at the Winter Palace. The tour ends at the Smolny Institute, which now houses the residence of the governor and government, and in 1917 the revolutionary headquarters of the Bolsheviks, headed by Lenin, was located.
