  • Children/teens under 18 y.o. must always be accompanied by at least one adult

  • Please let us know in advance any special need or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accomodate them

  • The walking tour, the St. Mark Basilica and Doge Palace guided visit run rain or shine

Before you go

  • Modest attire is required for visiting St. Mark’s Basilica (no shorts or sleeveless tops).

  • Please note that the total duration of the tour is 7 hours, (including 1,5 hour break to move from the Gondola's deck to St Mark's square on your own).

  • The gondola ride might be canceled due to rain. We will do our best to proceed with the tour. However, rain could prevent us from being able to offer an enjoyable and fully safe experience.

  • In case the gondola ride is canceled, we'll issue a partial refund corresponding to the price difference of the tour without the gondola ride.

  • This is a combo tour with a break between activities. Make sure to be at the meeting point 15 mins pior the scheduled departure time of each tour

Cancellation Policy

    The tour runs rain or shine. Gondolas do not operate in bad weather conditions and when the water level is too low. On these occasions we'll proceed with a partial refund. 48 HRS cancellation policy. Full penalty applies for cancellations in the last 48 hours prior to tour departure. Full penalty applies for no-shows.
