I’ve done this tour every time I come to NO. Sometimes are better than others. This tour guide just was not very captivating. Kind of boring.

Excellent and informative tour. The length was perfect and we found all of it very interesting. Go as early as possible to avoid the heat. Would highly recommend.

The best way to get to know a city .

I always say the best way to get to know what city used to go straight to its oldest graveyard . It was incredible to get a guided tour of this one ! You need a ticket to get in to the cemetery. Zelda was our tour guide and she made this experience amazing. Be ready to be hot and wet. If you’re coming in the summer months, it was late September and even for the 10 AM we were hot. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early so that you can go across the street to check in at the building and get your ticket. You don’t wanna be in a rush in the heat trying to catch up. I learned so much on this trip to St. Louis Cemetery number one and I credit Zelda with that. Could not have asked for a better guide her experience and storytelling kept us engaged. 10/10 would do again .

Worth It

The tour was informative. Our guide was knowledgeable and injected some humor into it too! It was very hot in the cemetery and we appreciated the misting tents!
