For centuries, Piazza del Popolo was a place for public executions, the last one took place in 1826.The next stop is Piazza Augusto Imperatore, entitled to the famous and important Emperor of Rome that made a really important change in the city. Piazza Augusto Imperatore is an urban square in Rome, created in 1937 by the fascist regime to enhance the Mausoleum of Augustus.Navona Square or the most famous square of Rome is the next attraction of the tour. Piazza Navona will impress you with its amazing baroque architecture. It features important sculptural creations like Fountain of the Four Rivers (by Bernini) and the Church of Sant’ Agnese in Agone.The tour ends in Piazza di Campo de’ Fiori, a popular square with a lot of little restaurants and bars.
