This 2 day’s yoga trip to Dhulikhel and Namo Buddha is suitable for any age group for relaxation; it does not require any physical challenges, only short walk to the Namo Buddha and around Dhulikhel will provide you the experience of walking in the hills of Himalayas with the magnificent views of snow-capped mountains and hills.
Day 01: Drive to Dhulikhel (2 hours)
Pick up at 7:00 AM to Dhulikhel, It takes about 2 hours to reach the hotel, Time for Yoga / Meditation practice for about 1 hour, after refreshment explore Dhulikhel,
Day 02: Hike to Namo Buddha, Panauti and back to Kathmandu
Early morning yoga session, after breakfast, hike up to Namo Buddha, Explore Buddhist monastery and view point. Hike down to near Panauti and Drive back to Kathmandu.
