Spanish Cooking Experience in Mallorca

We will start with a tasty local snack to welcome all the guest into our kitchen.

Aprons on, we will dive into our culture cooking all together a 5 dish full menu on a journey all around our country and back to Mallorca. Through our kitchen, we will travel to different parts of Spain, taste traditional flavors and discover the secrets hidden in the preparation of the culinary icons of our culture.

Nina, María or myself, Luís, will guide you into the “classics” of every home and the tricks our mums and grandmothers use in the kitchen. Tasty easy to make recipes that you can take home so you can surprise friends & family: "gazpacho" could soup/local "sobrasada" appetizer, the authentic "tortilla", tradicional "paella" and "Catalan cream". All cooked with a pinch of adventure!

We turn the process into a fun, team working and accessible session, so that our guests enjoy their time together and feel secure and able to repeat the menus back home.

After the cooking session, we will sit together at our big dinning table and experience the love for the emotional, social and festive component of the Mediterranean table

Enjoy a half-day evening cooking class suitable for your entire party—beginners and experts alike are welcome—and learn to make typical Spanish dishes you can recreate at home. During this immersive class, discover the secrets of dishes like Spanish omelette, paella, and gazpacho before tucking into what you produce, accompanied by local wine.
