Summary

Leave Brighton and travel north to the South Downs by minivan. As you travel, see the gentle chalk hills that line the route to Devil's Dyke. Hop out at the viewpoint, and cast your gaze over one of Britain's deepest valleys as your guide explains the terrain. Continue to the generations-old Middle Farm, a family-run enterprise that sells local Sussex meat, cheese, and sparkling wine. Use your time to stock up on goodies or visit the on-site café for coffee. The next stop is the white chalk cliffs known as the Seven Sisters.
