Thanks Nicetravel! The most invaluable part of a local tour is about the vibe the tour guide brings you. Addi was our tour guide and he professionally introduce us the Icelandic geology with his life experience. We love stories and the sharing from an Icelander, thank you Addi we really appreciated it. A memorable day we spent together along the Icelandic roads and landscape!
An unforgettable experience!
My friend and I had an unforgettable experience on this tour! Our tour guide Elias was great! He was very personable, kind, knowledgeable and funny. He told us various stories along the way to the sites and gave us safety tips as well. He was very considerate of our need and that showed he really cared about making the customers experience fun and safe! The waterfall sites were amazing. My personal favorite was Seljalandsfoss. It is a magnificent waterfall you could even walk behind. The only downside was the weather was pouring buckets and winds were of extreme velocity, so wind and rain gear is a definite must on days like this!
Great bus tour to the south coast of Island

Long day on the bus
Very beautiful but for me the trip was too long and the sites SO crowded. I’d prefer less popular spots and I didn’t need to see 3 waterfalls. Anastasia the guide was very well-informed and gracious but a little hard to understand-think mic was static-y. 11 hours too long for a day trip.
A Memorable Day!
Fantastic south shore tour! We were a bit hesitant to book an 11 hr tour, but the day flew by, with commentary (info) along the way to each gem of a stop. Our guide Walter, a local Icelander, was exceptional — and very funny too!
