Begin with a trip through the 18th-century estate, where you will pass by a replica Carib village and the historic plantation house. The nature trail enters the lush tropical rainforest and passes mineral streams and pools on the way to Sapphire Falls, a 35-foot mineral waterfall fed from the volcano. Relax here with some amazing photo opportunities where you will be offered refreshing seasonal fruits. Once you leave this paradise your guide will escort you back to the estate for a delicious local buffet lunch. After your hike to Sapphire Falls, sit down and relax with nature while enjoying a Creole buffet lunch at the Morne Coubaril Estate plantation house.
