The Sol Duc River Valley is one of the largest and most beautiful watersheds in Olympic National Park, highlighted by the spectacular Sol Duc Falls. This 4 hour van tour begins with a scenic 1 hour 15 minute shuttle past the Elwha Valley, around Lake Crescent, and into the Sol Duc Valley. Upon arrival at the Sol Duc Trailhead, guests will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to hike through ancient old-growth forests to Sol Duc Falls (0.8 miles one-way) and explore its picturesque viewing areas. Guests can book our optional Naturalist Guided Hiking Tour or can choose explore the Sol Duc on their own.
