Your driver will collect you from your Kuta, Seminyak, or Sanur hotel; if you’re staying further away, make your own way to the dive center in Sanur independently. Board your high-powered dive boat in Sanur for the journey to Nusa Penida. The conditions for seeing manta rays at Manta Point are best in the morning, so that will be your first stop.
