Meet a driver at your Phuket accommodation, and leave the city behind for the Chalong area’s lush scenery and towering trees. Learn the basics of safety and equipment, then suit up for your adventure in a zipline harness, gloves and ‘Hanuman helmet.’ Enjoy an up-close look at Thailand’s remarkable forest—the platforms are placed high in the treetops in a way that protects each tree from serious damage. Experience a series of 16 ziplines, then drop to the jungle floor on three rappels that stretch up to 131 feet (40 meters) high. Hold on tight as you cross sky bridges with stunning views of the canopy, and take on a ‘roller’ that slides through the entire park. There are three programs to choose from, including a beginner's course of only 7 ziplines, for those who are new to ziplining. This is the perfect place to experience the wild side of Thailand in a secure environment; Hanuman World opened in 2016 with European-made equipment and expert guides that take your safety seriously. After experiencing the course, finish the day with a well-earned Thai lunch and return to Phuket.
