Your tour begins with pick-up from your hotel before sunrise for the drive to Singaraja, where you’ll meet your guide and the rest of your group. After getting to know each other over breakfast, set out on an around 1.25-mile (2km) hike, trekking through the verdant rainforest.
Arrive at the Sekumpul Waterfall, the tallest waterfall in Bali, and take time to admire the dramatic scenery, with its seven cascades tumbling down from a tree-lined cliff. Cross the river on a traditional rope bridge then head down to the water, where you can bathe in the natural hot springs.
Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, continue your hike through the local villages, stopping to chat with the villagers, learn more about Balinese culture and traditions, and sip some refreshing coconut juice. During the hike, pass by coffee and clove plantations, rice paddies, and coconut groves, and learn more about the different crops that are grown and harvested around Bali.
At the end of your hike, sit down to tuck into a delicious lunch (included) of typical Balinese cuisine. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the beautiful Hulundanu Temple on the banks of Lake Batur, before setting out on the return journey.
Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.
