After pickup from your Ho Chi Minh City hotel, cruise down Saigon River on a speedboat while enjoying breakfast, including Vietnamese iced coffee, fruit, and pastries, on board. In Cu Chi, bike a 15- to 19-mile (24- to 31-kilometer) route through lush jungle trails and dirt tracks.
