After pickup in Sydney, journey to the UNESCO-protected Blue Mountains National Park.
On route, visit the Featherdale Wildlife Park, a haven for native wildlife including koalas, kangaroos, and emus. Opt to hand-feed the kangaroos with supervision from trained staff or have your photo taken with a koala. Both activities are at your own expense.
Then, continue into the Blue Mountains as your guide provides commentary on the scenery. Visit Echo Point for views of the Three Sisters, the three pinnacles towering over the forest-filled Jamison Valley.
Here, choose your preferred activities (own expense), perhaps descending into the Jamison Valley via the Scenic Railway or Cableway, or taking a glass-floored gondola over the rainforest.
Afterward, expect a lunch break in Katoomba village before commencing your journey back to Sydney.
